Each week, we are blessed to have Geshe Sonam Gurung dial in from Mustang, Nepal to offer discussion on spirituality in daily life and provide guidance on spiritual or Bön related practice questions. The below video archive is a complete library of Sangha sessions covering an extensive range of practical content on Bön traditions, rituals and spiritual practices.
